Accessing Your Data - Data Export Requests
If your profile is still active, you can download your data directly from the Kampus Konnect app. Exports are typically ready within 30 days, but larger files and high request volumes may take longer. Your data will be available for 48 hours before expiring to protect your privacy and security.
📌 Important Notes:
Data exports do NOT include personal information about other members to protect their privacy.
If you are banned, you can still request your data via the in-app download tool under the Ban Notification screen.
If you have already closed your account, the in-app tool will NOT be available.
To Request Your Data Within the App:
1. Sign in to the Kampus Konnect app.
2. Tap your Photo Icon on the far right of the navigation bar.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Select Download My Data.
5. Choose your Country.
6. Tap Download My Data again and confirm your email address.
7. Tap Submit to finalize your request.
If you are unable to access your account
1. Tap Submit a Request below.
2. Select Privacy Request as the support topic.
3. Choose I want to access or download my data in the dropdown menu.
Account Deletion
To permanently delete your profile:
1. Sign into the Kampus Konnect app.
2. Tap your Photo Icon on the far right of the navigation bar.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Confirm your decision.
🚨 Important Notes:
📌Deleting the app does NOT delete your account—you must follow the steps above to fully remove your profile.
📌All your content, photos, chat history, and interactions will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
📌If you have an active paid membership, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store to prevent automatic renewal.
📌If you've already deleted the app and need assistance, tap Submit a Request below, and we’ll help you out!
Correcting or Updating Your Profile Information
You can edit, adjust, or limit the visibility of your preferences and profile details directly in the Profile section of the Kampus Konnect app.
